Work log

Sep 28, 2026

  1. Tested it in a real Claude Code session

Session start received 4 worklogs and 10 open tasks, Claude edited a file, the Stop hook asked for a log, and the entry landed on the board. Released 0.1.1 so titles no longer repeat the date.

  2. Passed the directory checks and submitted for review

The API key is now read only from the plugin's own settings, and icon, privacy, terms, support and docs links were added. Submitted to the Claude plugin directory.

  3. Published the plugin

Public repo verymint/claude-plugin with a marketplace manifest. Verified in a clean config: `/plugin marketplace add verymint/claude-plugin` then `/plugin install mint@verymint`.

  4. Hardened the session context against prompt injection

Worklog and task text is now passed as one-line, length-capped notes and clearly labelled as data, not instructions.

  5. Built the Claude Code plugin

One MCP server plus two hooks: SessionStart hands Claude the latest worklogs and open tasks for this repo; Stop reminds it once to log what it did if files were edited but nothing was logged. 8 hook tests with a fake API server.

  6. Added a get-or-create projects endpoint

POST /api/v1/projects finds a project by name or creates it, so the plugin can bootstrap with only an API key. Free accounts past their project limit get a clear 402.
