What is Mint?+
A note app for jotting things down quickly in a chat-style flow. It also connects to AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex — free for your first project, Pro for unlimited: the AI automatically writes down what it did (work logs) and what's next (tasks) for each project, so you can review everything on a clean board.
What can I do for free?+
Core features — notes, folders, sharing, calendar sync, file transfer, and AI integration for your first project — are all free.

What does Mint Pro include, and how much is it?+
Pro is ¥480 / month. The free plan already includes AI integration for 1 project; Pro removes that limit so you can connect unlimited AI projects.

How do I set up AI integration (MCP)?+
Open “API keys (AI integration)” from the account menu to issue a key, then run the displayed command in your Claude Code terminal. Once connected, just say something like “list my Mint projects” and the AI can work with your AI projects. The free plan works for 1 project; upgrade to Pro to connect more.
Can the AI read my notes without permission?+
No. The AI only reads and writes the tasks and work logs inside the “AI project” folders you create. Regular notes are excluded from AI integration, and Mint never uses your content to train AI.
How do I cancel?+
Open “Manage subscription” from the account menu in the app and follow the cancellation steps. After canceling, you keep Pro features until your next renewal date, and you won't be charged after that.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?+
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for the portion of a billing period already paid. See our legal notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions) for details.
Is my data deleted automatically?+
No. Notes, tasks, and work logs stay until you delete them manually. (Only temporary file-transfer files are auto-deleted after a set period for storage management.)
I want to delete my account+
Deleting your own account removes your notes, tasks, folders, and authentication info. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it first, then delete your account.
Do you provide invoices or receipts?+
Payments are processed through Stripe, and a payment receipt is emailed to you. You can also view your history from the subscription management screen.
